ELLE’S NEST is a store of pure creativity. A collective of unique artist and fine hand crafters all gathered in one location to sell their wares and show their work for all to enjoy. The shop is full of whimsy and charm…you will surely be inspired!
I would like for Belle’s Nest to see samples of my work, what is the process?
Submission Guidelines:
One of our favorite things is finding new and upcoming artists and we welcome submissions. Send an email to: bellesnest@yahoo.com with a few photos of what you make. We kindly appreciate that you do not drop by with samples unexpectedly; we want to give your items the attention and time they deserve. Please follow up with us in case you haven’t heard back, sometimes we need a little reminder.
ONLINE ORDERING
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Because our items are handmade and many times made to order, we require at least a 7-10 day delivery. Some items are in stock and readily available, depending on what is ordered. Be assured you will be very happy once you receive your handmade order.
Credit cards are not charged until items leave our shop. We will contact you via phone or email once item is ready to ship. Thank you for your understanding.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
At this time, gift certificates are not available online. They may however be purchased at our physical location or may be ordered by phone. Please call us at (626)355-0200 for ordering information.
PAYMENT AND SALES TAX INFO
Orders shipped to addresses within California are charged local sales tax.
Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Master and American Express
If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, products will be shipped once the check clears our bank.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship items via UPS ground and/or US Postal Service. Orders may be shipped to addresses other than the billing address of your credit card if desired. Shipping and handling charges are based on total order amount before sales tax. There is no shipping fee for orders over $200.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via phone or email for a return authorization number. Please return the item(s) with 10 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping expenses are the customers responsibility. Please ship item(s) securely and insure with a request for signature. Returns should be shipped to:
